基于LabVIEW的磁悬浮盘片控制系统

摘要 磁悬浮盘片是采用主动控制方式并依靠电磁力实现对盘片支承的机电一体化系统。利用工控机加LabVIEW的控制平台(包括硬件平台的选择与配置以及软件平台的设计),将计算机强大的计算处理能力和仪器的测量控制能力结合在一起,使之具有程序编制简单、系统配置灵活、实时动态控制等优点。试验结果证明,该系统稳定、可靠,为磁悬浮盘状支承的相关研究提供了一个较好的平台。 Magnetic suspended plane is electromechanical system, using active control methods, and the plane is supported by electromagnet force. A control fiat based on industrial control PC and LabVIEW was presented, which includes selection and cooperation of the hardware fiat roof as well as design of software fiat roof. Thus the computer formidable computation handling ability, the instrument hardware survey ability, and the control ability were unified together, so the system has following properties: pliable selection and cooperation the system, easy program, real time control. Result of experiment proves that, the system is stable and credible. It provides good platform for further researches about the supported structure of the magnetic suspended plane.
