摘要
仿形铣切锯作为新型数控锯机,在大口径钢管加工线上具有广阔的应用前景。通过引入变参数铣削减振原理,对仿形铣切锯控制系统进行了优化设计,并在铣切过程中实时改变锯机的进给量和主轴转速等加工参数。结果显示,该控制系统可以有效地抑制加工过程中产生的强迫振动和颤振,提高产品加工质量和加工效率。
As a new kind of NC saw machine, milling flying saw has a great market prospect in pipe processing lines. The principle of suppressing vibration hy milling with varying milling parameters was introduced to guide a better design of the control system of the milling flying saw. By applying different processing parameters, such as feed rate and spindle speed, the forced vibra- tion and chatter were suppressed effectively during the proc, essing. The processing quality and efficiency were also improved.
