摘要
利用有限元法,计算薄壁管道穿透裂纹的裂尖应力强度因子及其修正系数;采用非线性回归分析方法,利用Matlab对数据进行拟合计算,得到不同情况下裂纹尖端应力强度因子修正系数与裂纹长度、管道半径、壁厚、裂纹方向与管道轴线方向的夹角之间的关系表达式.利用应力强度因子修正系数可评定管道的安全性,为大管径压力管道的完整性评价提供依据.
Crack top's stress intensity factor and correction coefficient of through-wall crack in different situations of thin pipes are calculated by adopting the finite element method.Between F and the different parameter,relational expression in the different situation is obtained by adopting the non-linear regression analysis method and carrying on the fitting computation using Matlab to the data,the pipeline residual strength is assessed.Results indicate that this method is quite reliable,may provide the basis for the great diameter pressure pipelin's complete assessment.
