沙液介质磨损实验装置的研制

摘要 研制一套磨损实验装置,其由支座架、磨损动力系统、沙液供给系统、试样夹持装置和加载系统等部分构成,可以模拟油田沙液条件下的材料磨损情况,具有沙粒磨损效果好、试样结构简单、实验载荷恒定等特点.利用该装置对45钢材料进行磨损性能测试.实验结果表明,在沙液介质条件下的材料磨损量远远高于水液介质条件下的,进入接触表面的沙粒对试样材料具有犁削作用. A wearing experimental equipment was designed to evaluate the wear behavior of material in sand liquid in oil fields.The experimental equipment consists of erection block,driving system of wearing,supplying system of sand liquid,sample clamp and loading system.It has many good characters such as good wear effect with sand,simple structure of sample and constant load.The experimental equipment was used to test the wear behavior of 45 steel.The results of the experiment indicate that the worn loss of samples in the sand liquid is more than that of samples in the water.It is attributed to the presence of sand in the contacting surface with its plowing up the material.
