膝关节交叉韧带损伤的磁共振成像方法及诊断 被引量:2

摘要 对60例膝关节交叉韧带损伤患者分别行伸直位、微曲位(17°)和屈曲位(45°)快速自旋回波序列垂直和斜矢状面的MR扫描,观察3种体位不同角度交叉韧带的显示效果及磁共振成像(MRI)表现。结果后交叉韧带(PCL)在3种体位的不同角度均可良好显示;前交叉韧带(ACL)在伸直位垂直矢状面和屈曲位斜矢状面时完整显示率分别为40%和100%。认为MRI成像中,膝关节交叉韧带在屈曲位斜矢状面显示最佳。
