X - ray Measurement on Lunate Uncovered Length and Uncovering Ratio of Normal Adult Wrist Joint

作者对本国200侧成人正常腕部正位X线片之月骨暴露长度、暴露率进行测量,以提供其正常参数值,同时阐明月骨暴露率为分析腕部月骨形态学改变及腕关节不稳提供了客观依据,并可作为腕骨不稳向尺侧移位的定量指标。

The authors measured the lunate uncovered lengths shown in the eutopic X-ray pictures of 200 normal wrist joints of' 100 adults and calculated their lunate uncovering ratio accordingly. The results reveaaled that the lunate uncovering tatio would provide a basis for analysing morphological changes of carpal lunate and could be a quantitative index of unstable carpal bones shifting to ulnar side.
