Progress in immunologic study of idiopathic inflammatory myopathy

摘要 特发性炎性肌病(IIM)是一组由自身免疫介导的弥漫性结缔组织病。其发病机制未明,可能与免疫异常有关。肌细胞上主要组织相容性抗原复合物的过度表达可能是肌炎的启动因素,而肌炎的持续与发展则与机体免疫应答异常有关。皮肌炎以体液免疫损伤为主,而多发性肌炎则以细胞免疫损伤为主。各种细胞因子、趋化因子和黏附分子在IIM的免疫病理过程中发挥着重要作用。
