一剂多用技术在江河联合站的试验与应用

The Test and Application of Multifunctional Additive in Jianghe United Station of Henan Oilfield

采用一种多功能化学助剂,代替原有脱水破乳剂、污水处理净水剂在河南油田江河联合站进行了现场应用试验。试验结果表明:该药剂具有优良的综合处理能力,脱水速度快、破乳能力强、残水低、脱出污水清、温度适应性好,污水处理效果优良,达到了一剂多用的目的。

A multifunctional additive was tested in place of the originally used oil demulsifying and water purifying agents in Jianghe United Station of Henan Oilfield.According to the test,the additive functioned as more than one agent and showed excellent comprehensive effect on both oil dewatering and water treatment,such as strong ability of demulsification,high dewatering speed,low rate of water remains,clear water and good temperature adaptability.
