摘要
以引进的单性结实番茄材料R35和非单性结实番茄为亲本进行杂交,通过对后代定向分离纯化,在F5中得到纯合的单性结实株系,其商品性状明显优于R35。同时,以非单性结实材料R10和04-1为母本,分别与单性结实材料R35杂交,调查F1、F2、BC1P1、BC1P2、P1和P2六个世代中单性结实株与非单性结实株比例,X2检测表明,该材料的单性结实性状受一对隐性基因的控制。
Taking the parthenocarpic line R35 and non-parthenocarpic marterials as parents, a pure parthenocarpic line was obtained in F5 generation, whose commercial performance was obviously better than R35. Meanwhile, non-parthenocarpic marterials Rl0 and 04-1 as female parent were crossed with R35, and backcrossed with F1. The proportions of parthenocarpic and non-parthenoearpie marterials in P1 ,P2, F1, F2, BC1P1 and BC1P2 generations were investigated, X^2 test showed that parthenocarpy in the material R35was controlled by a pair of recessive gene.
