摘要 结合水利工程项目风险的自身特点,建立了基于多层次模糊综合评判项目的风险评价模型,通过分析工程项目风险因素发生的概率、风险影响后果以及风险的不可控程度等参数,解决了水利工程项目的风险分析评价量化问题,并以实例说明这种模型在工程项目风险分析评价中的可行性。 According to own characteristic of the civil engineering project risk, this paper has established a model of project risk assessment based on the multi-level fuzzy synthesis judgment. It has analyzed the probability of occurrence for risk factor in engineering project, risk effect consequence as well as uncontrollable degree of the risk and so on in civil engineering project. It has solved the quantitative problem of the risk analysis and appraisal in the civil engineering project. By the example it has explained the feasibility of this kind of model in engineering project risk analysis and appraisal.
