摘要
科层制学校转变为学习型学校,本质上是学校文化的整体变迁。人本主义教育理念、管理理念和系统思考是学习型学校的精神基础,而科层制学校秉承工业时代的标准化、外在控制理念以及片面、静止的思维方式。学习型学校的规范性行为准则、宪法秩序、具体的制度以及器物安排,都不同于科层制学校。
The transformation of the hierarchical school into the learning school in nature is the whole change of school's culture. The learning school is based on the humanistic educational beliefs, administrative beliefs and the systematic thinking, while the standardization, the idea of external control and the lopsided thinking is the spiritual basis of the hierarchical school. The normal behavior principle,the constitutional order, the concrete institution and the arrangement of the utensil of the learning school differ from those of the hierarchical school.
