摘要 教育会诊制是问题生教育研究的一个新领域,这一研究的展开需要解决诸如概念、本质及功能等基础性问题。教育会诊制的基本涵义是关于学校解决问题生转化的一套规则和行为准则,它对凭个人力量不能转化或经常反复性出现问题的学生,以教师、家长、专家、社会人员等多元主体的合作为基础,通过整合教育力量、集体诊断,形成适合问题生转化的方案并予以实施。其本质是多元主体的合力教育。其功能是改进、界定权利边界、研究与整合。 Educational consultation system, a new area of researches on education of problem students, needs to solve such fundamental problems as the definition, essence and functions, whose basic meaning is a set of rules and regulations on the transformation of problem students. On the basis of multi-subject cooperation among teachers, parents, specialists and other related people, through the integration of educational power and collective diagnosis, schemes which are suitable for the transformation of problem students are formed and implemented to solve the tough issues caused by them. With the essence of multi-subject cooperative education, the functions of educational Consultation system encompass improvement, definition of right boundary, research and integration.
