Exploring and utilizing new energy and renewable resources is one of the effective ways to adjust the energy structure and reduce the emission of greenhouse gases. Wind energy will be explored and utilized widely as an endless clean energy resource. Wind measurement influences the quality and quantity of the electricity of the wind fields, so it is very important to calibrate the wind measurement instruments. According to the needs of wind measurement, this paper explains the basic management and technical requirements for wind speed calibrating laboratories.
