摘要
本文针对目前计量服务的市场化趋势,提出了部门计量机构开展客户关系管理的必要性,同时,结合部门计量机构的特点,浅析了客户关系管理在部门计量机构应用所调整的内容。
Based on the trend of providing calibration service in an intensely competitive market, the article analyzed the necessities for customer relationships management(CRM) in department service of metrological verification, and gave some suggestions on how to adjust the content of CRM to the applications in department service of metrological verification.
