摘要
研究了钴(Ⅱ)与5-(5-硝基-2-吡啶偶氮)-2,4-二氨基甲苯(5-NO2-PADAT)的电化学性质,实验发现,Co2+与5-NO2-PADAT在六次甲基四氨体系中能产生一个较为灵敏的二阶导数极谱波,在峰电位Ep″为-1 420 mV(vs.SCE)处,钴浓度在4.0×10-5~5.0×10-4 mol/L范围内与二阶导数峰电流Ip″有良好的线性关系,检出限为2.0×10-5 mol/L(r=0.993 3,n=6);本法用于样品中微量钴的测定,结果满意。
Electrochemical characteristics of Cobalt with 5- (5′-nitro-2′-pyridylazo)-2,4-dimethylamino toluene were investigated in this paper.Cobalt (Ⅱ)-5-(5′-nitro-2′-pyfidylazo)-2, 4-dimethylamino toluene complex in (CH2)6N4solution have a sensitive second order derivative reduction peak at -1420 mV (vs. SCE). The peak current was proportional to the concentration of Cobalt ( Ⅱ ) in the range of 4×10^-5×10^4 mol/L, the detection limit was 2×10^-5 mol/L, (r=0.9933 ,n=6). This method was applied to determine Cobalt ( Ⅱ ) in a sample with satisfactory result.
