摘要 市场调查工作正日益受到重视,确保调查质量已成为一个课题。本文分析了存在于市场调查各个环节中的误差,从效度和信度的角度阐述了进行市场调查质量控制的方法,旨在为市场调查的质量控制提供一些参考。
