超短TR/TE SE序列在腹部MRI的价值(附100例分析)

Values of Ultrashort TR/TE Se Sequence in Abdominal MRI (An Analysis of 100Cases)

目的；评估超短TR／TE的SE序列在胸部MRI中的应用价值。材料与方法；通过对其中10例正常和90例腹部病变分别作常规SE和超短TR／TE的SE序列扫描．并对两种图像进行比较。比较项目有：伪影，扫描时间，组织信号，组织及病变的解剖分辨力等。结果：表明超短TR／TE的SE序列比常规SE有伪影少，扫描时间短，组织信号强，组织及病变的解剖分辨力好等优点。结论：超短SE序列在腹部MRI中明显优于常规SE序列．值得推广。

purpost: To evaluate the ultrashort TR/TE Se Sequence in abdominal MRI. Mattrial and Metbods: 1OO cases (1O normal and 9O with abdominal diseases) were scanned using the ultrashort Se Sepuence and conventioned Se Sequence. These images were compared in: artifacts, scanning time, tissue signal, anatomical resolution etc. Results The ultrashort Se Sequence over conventional Se Sequence include:less artifacts, short scanning time, high tissue intensity and anatomical reso1ution. Conclusion: The ultrashort Se Sequence is significantly better than conventional one and should be used widely.
