摘要
目的:研究三七茎叶皂苷水解产物的化学成分。方法:采用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,利用理化常数测定和光谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果:从三七茎叶皂苷水解产物中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为达玛烷-20(22)-烯-3β,12β,25-三醇[dammarane-20(22)-en-3β,12β,25-panaxatriol,Ⅰ],20(R)-达玛烷-3β,6α,12β,20,25-五醇[20(R)-dammarane-3β,6α,12β,20,25-pentol,Ⅱ],20(R)-达玛烷-3β,12β,20,25-四醇[20(R)-dammarane-3β,12β,20,25-triol,Ⅲ],20(S)-人参二醇[20(S)-panaxadiol,20(S)-PD,Ⅳ],20(S)-原人参二醇[20(S)-protopanaxadiol,20(S)-PPD,Ⅴ],20(R)-原人参二醇[20(R)-protopanaxadiol,20(R)-PPD,Ⅵ],20(S)-人参三醇[20(S)-panaxatriol,20(S)-PT,Ⅶ],20(S)-25-甲氧基-达玛烷-3β,12β,20-三醇[20(S)-25-me-thoxyl-dammarane-3β,12β,20-triol,Ⅷ]。结论:化合物Ⅱ和Ⅴ为首次从三七茎叶皂苷水解产物中分得。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the hydrolysis of Panax notoginseng (Burk) F. H. Chen. Methods: Isolated and purified compounds by kinds of chromatography technogies and identified them by their spectral data and physico-chemical properties. Results: Eight compounds were isolated and identified. Their structures were identified as : damrnarane-20 ( 22 ) en-3β, 12β, 25-panaxatriol ( Ⅰ ), 20 (R) -dammarane-3β, 6α, 12β, 20, 25-pentol( Ⅱ ), 20(R) -dammarane-3β, 12β, 20, 25-triol(Ⅲ), 20(S)-panaxadiol(Ⅳ), 20(S)-proto- panaxadiol ( Ⅴ ), 20 (R) -protopanaxadiol ( Ⅵ ), 20 ( S ) -panaxatriol ( Ⅶ), 20 ( S ) -25-methoxyl-dammarane-3β, 12β, 20-triol (Ⅷ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅱ , Ⅴ were isolated from the acid hydrolytic products of the stems and leaves of Panax notoginseng(Burk) F. H. Chen for the first time.
