Optimize Extracting Craft of Tannins in Punica granatum L. with Orthogonal Design

目的:优化石榴皮鞣质的提取工艺。方法:正交试验法考察丙酮冷浸、回流和超声提取对提取率的影响,用干酪素法测总鞣质含量。结果:不同的丙酮提取工艺中,总鞣质提取率高低顺序为回流法>超声法>冷浸法。结论:提取石榴皮鞣质的最佳条件为10倍量70%丙酮水浴回流提取2次,每次0.5h。

Objective： Optimize extracting craft of Tannins in Punica granatum L.. Methods： The casein method was used to determine the content of tannins. Orthogonal design to test the extraction of acetone＇s soakage, backflow and supersonic to the impact on extraction efficiency. Results： In different acetone＇s extraction methods, the extraction efficiency is backflow, supersonic, soakage （from high to low respectively）according to the content of tannins. Conclusion： For the extraction of tannins in granatum , the optimizing condition were backflow in water A3B1C1D2 , i.e. using 70% acetone , added 10 times acetone , extracting for 2 times and 0. 5 hour each time.
