摘要
目的:优化石榴皮鞣质的提取工艺。方法:正交试验法考察丙酮冷浸、回流和超声提取对提取率的影响,用干酪素法测总鞣质含量。结果:不同的丙酮提取工艺中,总鞣质提取率高低顺序为回流法>超声法>冷浸法。结论:提取石榴皮鞣质的最佳条件为10倍量70%丙酮水浴回流提取2次,每次0.5h。
Objective: Optimize extracting craft of Tannins in Punica granatum L.. Methods: The casein method was used to determine the content of tannins. Orthogonal design to test the extraction of acetone's soakage, backflow and supersonic to the impact on extraction efficiency. Results: In different acetone's extraction methods, the extraction efficiency is backflow, supersonic, soakage (from high to low respectively)according to the content of tannins. Conclusion: For the extraction of tannins in granatum , the optimizing condition were backflow in water A3B1C1D2 , i.e. using 70% acetone , added 10 times acetone , extracting for 2 times and 0. 5 hour each time.
