With the developing of the market economy of our country, the competition between international and national markets becomes more and more fierce, the business battles between different corporations also become more perfervid. Protecting the business security has turned into a key problem of modern enterprise administration, business secrets are important immaterial asset, which are very important to the existence and development of corporation. In this article, the main problems existing in the protecting of the enterprise business security in our country have been analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures are also brought forward.
