信息不对称下医疗服务博弈分析

The Asymmetric Information Study in the Medical Service

医疗改革是近年来社会保障体系建设的主要内容,而医疗服务市场的道德风险问题被认为是药价居高不下的重要原因。该文基于信息不对称理论,通过一个双价交易博弈模型,对医疗市场药价居高不下的内在机理进行了分析,指出解决药价居高不下应从消除信息不对称入手。

The prohlem of moral hazard in medical service market has drawn many scholars＇ attention. This paper develops a model, hased on the asymmetric information, and analyses this prohlem. We consider that asymmetric information is the cause of high price of medical service. In order to solve this prohlem, we should weaken the degree of asymmetric information hetween the hospitals and the patients.
