摘要 概述了近年来在纳米材料的生物安全性(毒理)效应研究方面的进展,介绍了4个主要研究方向,包括纳米材料在环境中的传播、纳米材料的尺寸和结构与其生物效应之间的关系研究、纳米材料与生物体相互作用机理研究以及纳米材料生物安全性评价体系的研究,探讨了纳米材料生物安全性研究的重大意义。 This paper summarizes the biological effect and toxicity studies on nano-materials in recent years. It also introduces several research aspects including the transport of nano-materials in the environment,the relationship between the size and structure of nano-materials and their biological effects, the possible mechanisms by which nano-materials interact with biological tissue,tile criteria of evaluating the biological safety of nano-materials. Finally, we discuss the significance of nano-materials biosafety research.
