导管射频消融治疗房室结折返性心动过速(附82例报告) 被引量:1

摘要 82例病人经导管射频消融(RFCA)治疗房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT),成功率96.3%,无1例发生Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞(AVB)。随访2~36个月,复发1例。RFCA治疗AVNRT是安全有效的方法。保持消融导管稳定、间断放电并连续监测X线影像和心电变化是避免Ⅲ度AVB发生的关键。 patients with atrioventricular node reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) were treated with radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA). The success rate was 96.3%. No patient developed third degree AV block (Ⅲ°AVB). One patient recurred during 2 to 36 months of follow up. In conclusion, RFCA for AVNRT is effective and safe. In order to avoid inducing Ⅲ°AVB, it′s critical to keep catheter stable and pay attention to X ray and electrocardiograph during ablation. \ \
