摘要 目的:研究无加热保暖条件下低水温潜水时机体中心体温的变化。方法:潜水员着干式潜水服,潜入平均温度13.6℃的水中,实时监测潜水员机体中心体温。每5min记录1次,观察体温的变化,描绘温度变化曲线。结果:累计潜水时间155 min,机体中心温度由37.25℃下降至35.80℃。曲线呈现缓慢上升后迅速下降,并有后降现象出现。结论:无加热保暖条件下的低水温潜水只能维持较短时间,应加强较长时间低水温潜水的医学防护研究。 Object: To study the changes of core temperature when a diver didn't wear the coldproofing and heating clothing in the low temperature water. Methods: The subject in dry diving suit dived in the water of the average 13.6℃ temperature. His core body temperature was observed on the real time and recorded once every 5 min. Results: The total diving time was 155 min and the core temperature dropped from 37.25℃ to 35.80℃. The temperature curve rose slowly in the initial stage and then dropped quickly. The phenomenon of afterdrop also could be observed in this study. Coneulsion: Under the condition of no cold - proofing and heating, a diver can dive only for a short time. The study of medical protection for divers exposed in the low temperature surroundings for a long time should be strengthened.
