摘要
目的:了解某部警卫连新战士在部队管理严格。战备任务重的情况下心理健康水平。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对65名新战士的心理健康状况进行团体心理测验。结果:量表中各因子分均高于国内常模,主要以人际关系敏感、焦虑为主要表现(P<0.05)。结论:工作环境及社会角色的改变。适应能力差,职业意识的储备不足为产生心理问题的主要原因。应采用相应对策加强心理疏导,以减少新战士的心理问题,提高健康水平。
Objective: To investigate the psychological health status of recruits in an army under the conditions of strict management and heavy combat readiness tasks. Methods: The psychological healthy levels of 65 recruits were tested by Symptom Checklist(SCL- 90). Results: The scores of all factors in the scale were higher than those of the domestic norm, especially in interpersonal relationship sensitivity and anxiety (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions: It was the main reason that the changes of work environment and social role, deficient knowledge, poor adaptability, and inadequate reserves of oecupational awareness resulted in bad health of recruits in the army. Therefore, the corresponding countermeasures should be adopt to strengthen psychological counseling. Only in this way, soldiers' psychological problems would be reduced and their health status would be improved.
