CD4^+CD25^(high)调节性T细胞与器官免疫耐受
摘要
已经证明器官移植受者体内存在抑制性或调节性细胞,能下调抗原特异性的T细胞反应,进而有利于移植物特异性免疫耐受。1995年Sakaguchi^[1]首次报道,表达IL-2受体α链(CD25)的CD4^+T细胞亚群的数量的减少和功能的缺陷可引起自身免疫性疾病,具有免疫调节作用。这群高表达CD25的细胞被命名为调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells,Treg),它们在器官移植耐受的诱导和维持中起重要作用。本文主要阐述CD4^+CD25^high调节性T细胞的研究进展及其与临床器官移植的关系。
