农村社会保障是具有中国特色的保障形式,也是建设社会主义新农村、实现城乡协调发展、构建社会主义和谐社会的重要途径。当前推进农村社会保障工作应重点发展完善最低生活保障、养老保险和医疗保险三项制度。

The social security system in the countryside is social security system with Chinese characteristics. It is also an importaut way to build a new socialist countryside and of great help in realizing the coordinated development and building a harmonious society in both the urban and rural areas. At present, the primary tasks of social security should primarily include the establishment of 3 systems： the lowest living, healthy and old-age security.
