韦努蒂与鲁迅之异化翻译观比较

Comparison of Venuti's and Luxun's Foreignizations

韦努蒂(Venuti)和鲁迅分别是西中方异化翻译的代表,都主张在译文中保留源语文化因素。然而韦努蒂的异化翻译观是以抵抗强势文化对弱势文化的侵略为出发点,提倡保留译入语文化;鲁迅以丰富汉语,传播西方先进思想为目的,提倡"直译"外国作品,甚至不惜牺牲译文的流畅而引进外语文法。本文分为四部分:第一部分具体解读两种异化翻译思想;第二部分析了两人异化翻译思想产生的原因;第三部分简要介绍了两人思想对于译坛的影响;第四部分对比了韦努蒂和鲁迅异化翻译观。

As the representatives of foreignization of west and China, Venuti and Luxun both advocated to maintain the cultural elements of the original language in the version. However, Venuti referred to maintain the culture of SL with the aim of resisting the invasion of the powerful culture to the non -powerful culture; Luxun referred to translate the foreign works literally, and even maintain the grammar or expressing ways of the foreign language at the cost of losing the fluency of the version, for the purpose to enrich Chinese and transmit the advanced thoughts of the west. This paper has four parts： Part one explains the two foreignizations in details respectively; Part two analyzes the reasons of their translation thoughts; Part three briefly introduces their influence to the translation area respectively; Part four gives the conclusion and comparison of the two foreignizations.
