摘要 亲环素是一类多基因蛋白质家族,广泛分布于脊椎动物、无脊椎动物、其他后生动物、植物、真菌及原核生物等几乎所有生命体中,存在于细胞液和各个细胞器中.亲环素在结构上高度保守,具有肽脯氨酰顺反异构酶的活性,参与免疫抑制、蛋白质折叠以及细胞信号传导等多种生物学过程.植物亲环素与其他生物亲环素的结构具有一定的相似性,但含有特有的7个氨基酸插入序列K S/M GKPLH,该插入序列的功能及重要性尚不清楚.植物亲环素基因除具有一般亲环素的功能外,还在植物生物学、胁迫应答、抗病原体免疫等方面发挥重要作用.植物亲环素的基因表达和积累受各种生物因素和非生物因素等逆境条件的影响和调节.但是,许多植物亲环素的功能研究仍然停留在推导和假设水平,还需要开展进一步的实验研究加以证明. Cyclophilins (CyPs) are supper-family members and ubiquitously distributed in vertebrates, invertebrates, other metazoa, plants, fungi, and prokaryotes, and present in endoplasmic reticulum, Gologi apparatus, mitochondion, chloroplas and cytosol, et al. They are highly conservative, possessing peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase activity, and are also involved in a wide variety of processes including immunodepression activity, protein folding and cell signaling. The structures of plant CyPs. containing differently 7 unique, positively charged, amino-acid-residue insert KS/MGKPLHs, are similar to those of other organisms. Their functions and importance are still uncertain. Plant CyPs also play significant roles in plant biology, stress responses and antipathogen immunity in addition to the ubiquitous functions of other CyPs. Their expression and accumulation are affected and regulated by biotic and abiotic stresses. However, many studies of plant CyPs functions are still on the level of deduction and hypothesis, requiring further experiment research.
