游离二氧化硅粉尘是否对人类有致癌作用至今仍有争议,本文总结了1997年以来国内外矽尘、矽肺与肺癌关系的流行病学研究成果并对其中存在的问题做一探讨。

It remains controversial whether silica is a human lung carcinogen. We reviewed the epidemiological studies of relationship among the silica, silicosis and lung cancer since 1997 and approached some questions about them.
