不同环境和季节下使用干式无菌持物钳与细菌污染关系的研究

STUDY ON DIFFERENT ENVIRONMENTS AND SEASONS UPON BACTERIAL POLLUTION IN DRIED STERILE HOLDING FORCEPS

目的探讨不同环境、不同季节下干式使用无菌持物钳的有效时间。方法采集Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类环境下干式使用中的无菌持物钳细菌培养标本共200份,及春夏、秋冬季节共200份,进行对比性研究,比较二组干式使用无菌持物钳细菌污染情况。结果不同季节、不同环境、不同时间段使用干式无菌持物钳存在明显差异。结论按季节和环境调整干式无菌持物钳的使用时限较为科学和符合临床实际。

Objective To explore the appropriate length of exposure time of dried sterile holding forceps in different environments during different seasons. Methods 200 samples of bacterial culture on dried sterile holding forceps in ClassⅡ and Class m environments of hospital were collected. Another 200 samples during different seasons were collected. Bacterial pollution in samples was analyzed and compared. Results It indicated significant different among samples collected under a variety of conditions with a varied length of exposure time. Conclusion Therefore it would be necessary for clinical practice to choose the appropriate length of exposure time based upon specific application conditions.
