摘要
目的探讨在严重创伤患者中使用胃镜下置鼻空肠管的安全性和可行性。方法对创伤评分为≥20分(ISS评分法)严重创伤且无行纤维胃镜禁忌证患者使用胃镜活检钳放置鼻空肠营养管观察患者的耐受性、并发症等。结果39例患者置管及导管留置过程耐受性良好,未出现并发症。结论胃镜下置鼻空肠管安全有效、位置准确、并可随时通过X线观察导管的位置,在严重创伤患者的营养支持中有广泛的应用前景。
Objective To study the reliability and feasibility of endoscopic nasojejunal feeding tube in patiens with severe trauma, Methods Nasojejunal feeding tube was placed in patients with severe trauma and ISS trauma score 20 under endoscope, tolerance and complication were observed, Results Nasojejunal feeding tubes were placed successfully in 39 patients under endoscope. There was no complication observed. Conclusion Nasojejunal feeding tubes are placed under endoscope safety and position accurately, It is useful for nutritional support of patiens with severe trauma.
