摘要
目的:探讨maspin与肺癌的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化技术检测maspin在肺癌及正常肺组织中的表达,TdT介导的dUTP缺口末端标记法(TUNEL法)检测细胞凋亡。结果:肺癌组maspin表达较对照组明显减弱,细胞凋亡亦显著减少,两者呈正相关。结论:maspin表达下调可能通过减少细胞凋亡导致肺癌发生。
Objective :To investigate the relationship between maspin and lung cancer.Methods:Detecting the expression of maspin with immunohistochemistry and examining the apoptosis of cells by TdT mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL). Results:The expression of maspin in the study group was significantly weaker than that in the control group and apoptosis index (AI)obviously decreased too, the expression of maspin was positively correlated with AI. Conclusion: Deregulation of maspin may cause lung cancer by decreasing the apoptosis of cells.
