慢性阻塞性肺疾病反复机械通气的临床分析

Clinical analysis of repeated mechanical ventilation for COPD

目的:探讨反复机械通气在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)治疗中的作用和临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2002～2006年我科收治的30例COPD患者反复机械通气治疗的临床资料。结果:本组30例患者中,脱机拔管成功率达80.16%,1年生存率为70%,2年生存率为60%,3年生存率为23.3%。结论:对COPD患者,正确掌握机械通气的指征,及时建立人工气道,是抢救COPD急性加重期的有效措施。

Objective：To investigate the role and clinical effect of repeated meehanieal ventilation in the treatment of chronie obstruetive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods：The elinieal data in 30 patients with COPD from 2002 to 2006 treated with repeated mechanical ventilation in our department were analysed retrospectively. Results：Among 30 eases of COPD,the success rate of deeannulation was 80.16% ,the survival rate in 1,2 and 3 years was 70% ,60% and 23.3% respeeitvely. Conclusion：Grasping the indieation of mechanical ventilation accurately and establishing an artificial airway in time are the effective measures for rescuing the COPD patients in acute-aggravated period.
