摘要
采用Fenton试剂对焦化废水进行深度处理,对Fenton氧化/混凝深度处理焦化废水的方法进行了研究,混凝剂分别采用PAM、PAC和PFS。结果表明,合适的Fenton试剂氧化条件为FeSO4·7H2O投加量700mg/L,H2O2投加量1.8mL/L,废水COD去除率可达43.1%;这3种混凝剂都能强化Fenton试剂处理焦化废水的效果,废水COD去除率分别可达45.0%、49.9%和51.1%。
The Fenton's reagent was introduced to advanced treatment of coking wasterwater.The method of Fenton oxidation cooperated with coagulation for tertiary treated coking wasterwater was conducted, dosing coagulant is PAM,PAC and PFS respectively.The results showed that appropriate Fenton reagent oxidation conditions were determined,FeSO4·7 H2O dosage was 700 mg/L,H2O2 dosage was 1.8 mL/L,the removal rate of effluent COD can reach 43,1%;the COD degradation by Fenton Oxidation Cooperated with dosing coagulant method had an obvious synergistic effect,by dosing the three different coagulants,the removal rate of COD can reach 45.0%,49.9% and 51.1% respectively.
