Population, resources and environment are the key factors in realizing sustainable development.The harm of corrosion to resources, environment and economy is stated in this paper.The way to control corrosion overall by developing anticorrosion materials, improving the environment and enhancing management is pointed out.From the dialectics standpoint, anticorrosion will play an important role in the harmonious development of the person and nature.
