摘要
《全日制义务教育数学课程标准》（实验稿）实施以来，小学数学教学焕发出勃勃生机。新课改的一些重点和难点问题渐渐凸显出来，成为教育工作者关注的热点。小学数学生活化、活动化、大众化、技术化问题和教学的有效性、思维训练、情境创设、课程资源开发等问题，直接指向教学实践工作，研究者对这些方面的探索颇多。对这些研究进行梳理、审视和阐发，有助于进一步推进新课改的实践。
With the implementation of Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education （Trial Edition）, great changes have taken place in primary mathematics teaching. Meanwhile, there appear some hot issues and difficulties, such as the feature of life, activity, generalization, technology of primary mathematics teaching, the effectiveness of teaching, the thinking training, the situation construction and the exploitation of curriculum resources. To make through examination on these issues is helpful to promoting the practical work of the new curriculum reform of primary mathematics.
