摘要
促进图书馆知识转移是图书馆知识管理工作中的一项重要内容。本文分析了国外典型的知识转移模型,并在此基础上构建了我国图书馆的知识转移模型。
To promote knowledge transfer in library is an important content in knowledge management of a library. The paper analyzes the typical knowledge transfer model abroad. On the basis of this, it constructs the model of knowledge transfer in our library.
