数字资源配置效率的宏观调控问题探讨

本文首先解释了数字信息资源配置效率的内涵,在分析了我国数字信息资源配置中存在的问题及产生原因的基础上,总结出宏观调控的必要性,最后提出了我国提高数字信息资源配置效率的宏观手段:经济调控手段、政策法规调控手段、行政调控手段、技术调控手段。

This paper induces the concept of digital information resources allocation, and analyzes the problem in our country. Based on the research, the author proposes the necessity of macroscopic plan and management. At last, the paper imposes that we can improve our constrcuction of digital information resources through out national macroscopic plan and management, including economic measure, policy and law measure, administration measuro and technology measure.
