加强图书馆内涵建设 提高信息服务水平——南昌大学图书馆读者问卷调查分析

摘要 读者问卷调查可以了解读者对图书馆文献信息资源与信息服务的需求,从而有利于完善图书馆馆藏体系,提高服务质量,更好地为学校教学和科研服务。本文根据"南昌大学图书馆2007年读者问卷调查"结果进行分析,得出以下结论:大多数读者经常到馆借阅图书期刊,对图书馆目前提供的文献信息资源及其相关服务较满意,但利用图书馆电子资源的情况不理想。为此,图书馆今后的工作应以内涵建设为主,加强电子资源的宣传及读者培训工作,积极引导师生充分利用图书馆的现有资源。 User survey questionnaire can know the reader needs for the literature information resources and information services, which is advantaged to improve the book store system and service quality of the library, and provide better services for teaching and science research. Based on a user survey questionnaire of Nanchang university library in 2007, the following conclusions were obtained: 1) Most users often borrow books or journals in library, and services provided by library could meet the needs of readers. 2) User express satisfaction to the services of the literature information resourees in the library of Nanchang university, but the usage frequencies of library network and its electronic resources were low; Thus, library should strengthen its connotation construction in the future, and offers the regular training programs on how to use electronic resources, with the goal of helping students and teacher to make the best use of the literature information resources of library.
