摘要
在长株潭城市群"两型社会"综合配套改革试验区获国家批准,长沙市大河西先导区的开发建设在即的宏观背景下,以新区大规模开发建设为研究对象,借鉴国内类似地区的发展状况,从区域协调发展、产业合理布局、新区功能定位等方面出发,对长沙市大河西先导区的空间布局结构进行探讨,并就自然生态保护与利用、城乡统筹、快速交通和与长沙总体空间布局的衔接等方面进行了分析研究。
Under the background that the Comprehensive Reform Testing Zone of ＂resource-conserving ＆ environmental-friendly society＂in Changsha -Zhuzhou -Xiangtan City Cluster is approved , and Changsha Great Hexi Pioneer District is ready to be developed, we take the large-scale development and construction as the study object, with reference of similar experience in other parts of the country, footed in regional coordinated development, rational industry layout, and new function orientation, explore the spatial layout structure of Changsha Great Hexi Pioneer District, and ana- lyze and study on natural ecology conserving ＆ utilizing, overall planning of urban and rural development, fast transportation, and the linkage with Changsha overall spatial layout etc.
