摘要
性能化疏散设计以建筑功能性为向导,针对建筑火灾中"人身安全"的目标,以科学量化技术去分析影响人命安全的各种因素,从而保证人员的安全疏散。该文建立了安全疏散的准则和危险判据,并采用区域模拟程序CFAST进行火灾状态参数求解,从而对建筑火灾中人员能否安全疏散进行验证。
The performance-based fire escape design techonogy is in guide with building functionality.The method ananlysis dangerous factors from scientific calculating results and ensure personnel safty in fire buildings.The paper constitutes the standard of fire escape and danger criterions.A two-layers model program CFAST is used to validate them.
