全装修商品住宅是我国住宅产业未来发展的方向。如何做好全装修住宅是当前开发商、设计师及买房者所关心的问题。本文就装修住宅的产品定位、产品设计方法、成本控制、施工管理等方面的问题进行了研究和探讨。
The residential house with well down finishing is the developmental direction of housing industry in China. in what way to this well is the concerning problem by developer, designer and future consumer. This article has made some research work in the confirmation of product level, the way of design, cost control and construction management.
