腹壁下动脉穿支皮瓣修复足部皮肤缺失

Repair of large defect in feet by transplanting free inferior epigasfric vessel flap

目的:探讨腹壁下动脉穿支皮瓣游离移植修复足部皮肤缺损的手术方法与疗效。方法:对8例足部皮肤缺损患者切取腹壁下动脉穿支皮瓣游离移植修复创面。结果:8例皮瓣全部成活,成活皮瓣外观、功能较好,皮瓣供区组织损伤轻。结论:腹壁下动脉穿支皮瓣游离移植修复足部创面对供区破坏小,受损区重建满意,疗效较好。

Objective：To summarize the operating approaches and therapeutic effect of free grafting with deep inferior epigastric perforator flap （DIEP）in repairing the soft tissue defect of limbs.Methods：According to traumatic condition ,the various DIEP was used to repair the soft tissue defect of limbs in 8 cases.Results： 8 out of 8 cases were completely successful ,their repaired wound surface presented satisfactory,without fat and clumsy tissues,their donor sites were damaged slightly.Another case was failure because of necrosis.Conclusion：The method that using free grafting with deep inferior epigastric perforator flap （DIEP）to repair soft tissue defect of feet met the principle, i.e. good reconstruction of recipient sites and minimal damage of donor sites.The curative effect was satisfactory.
