Clinical observation of ReSTOR intraocular lens

目的观察ReSTOR多焦折叠人工晶状体的临床效果。方法2005年10月至2006年12月间,我院开展超声乳化ReSTOR人工晶状体植入患者在排除影响术后视力的因素共62例(95只眼)作为ReSTOR观察组,并在ReSTOR标准基础上选取2006年4月至9月正视植入Alcon Acrsoft SN60ATIOL33例(48只眼)作为对照组。观察患者术后反应、主观感觉、远、近视力、脱镜率及满意度,随访时间均在2个月以上。结果二组术后反应基本相同,视觉异常出现率ReSTOR组在术后2周高于对照组(P<0.05),术后2周、6个月差异无显著性(P>0.05),术后2个月、6个月ReSTOR组裸眼远视力≥0.6者为96.83%、96.55%,≥1.0者为47.37%、45.98%,与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。术后2个月、6个月ReSTOR组裸眼近视力≥0.6者为96.87%、97.70%,≥1.0者为28.42%、29.89%,明显优于对照组6.25%、6.76%,0%、0%(P<0.001),术后满意度评分,2周、2个月、6个月ReSTOR组与对照组满意度分值比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。但ReSTOR组术后2周、2个月、6个月不满意/非常不满意比值分别为14.24%、5.26%、4.60%,与对照组相比术后2周与2个月比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。视近脱镜率ReSTOR组为83.16%,对照组为10.4%,二组对照差异有极显著性(P<0.001)。结论ReSTOR人工晶状体有着较优异的光学性能,且能满足大多数人裸眼远、近视力,术后视觉异常出现率低。

Objective To observe the effects of ReSTOR muhifocal intraocular lens. Methods All patients were divided into two groups： ReSTOR group included 62 patients （95 eyes） who were performed with phacoemulsification and implanted with ReSTOR intraocular lens between October 2005 and Dec 2006. Acrsoft group included 33 patients （48 eyes） who were performed with phaceemulsification and implanted with Alcon Acrsoft SN60AT intraocular lens between A- pril 2006 and Sep 2006. Over 2 months postoperatively, response, subjective estimation, distant and near visual acuities, spectacle independent and satisfaction were analyzed. ResultS Response, uncorrected distant visual acuities （96.83% were 0.6 or better and 47.37% were 1.0 or better in ReSTOR group after 2 months. 96.55% were 0.6 or better and 45. 98% were 1.0 or better in ReSTOR group after 6 months. ） and satisfaction had no difference in both groups postoperatively （ P 〉 0.05）, but the ratio of dissatisfactory to worse had marked difference in ReSTOR group after 2 weeks and 2 months （ P 〈 0.05）. Frequency of visual abnormity was significantly higher after 2 weeks （ P 〈 0. 05 ） only, not after 2 or 6 months. Spectacle independent ratio of ReSTOR group （83.16%） in near vision was significantly higher than Acrsoft SN60AT group （ 10.4% ） after 2 months （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion ReSTOR intraocular lens have excellent optic performance, and can provide a high level outcomes both in distant and near uncorrected visions with low frequency of visual abnormity.
