nm23-H_1基因在肾母细胞瘤中表达的意义

Significance of nm23 H 1 expression in Wilms′tumor

为探讨ｎｍ２３Ｈ１在肾母细胞瘤中的表达变化及临床意义，采用免疫组织化学方法对５６例肾母细胞瘤标本中的ｎｍ２３Ｈ１基因表达情况进行检测。结果：ｎｍ２３Ｈ１低表达率为５５．４％，按ＮＷＴＳⅢ分期，Ⅲ、Ⅳ期肾母细胞瘤ｎｍ２３Ｈ１低表达率８２．３％，显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期４３．６％，Ｐ＜０．０５；有转移肿瘤ｎｍ２３Ｈ１低表达率８７．５％，显著高于无转移肿瘤的４２．５％，Ｐ＜０．０１。表明ｎｍ２３Ｈ１低表达在肾母细胞瘤的演进和转移中起重要作用。

nm23 H 1 expression was examined by immunochemical staining technique in paraffin embeded specimens of 56 cases of Wilms′tumor. low nm 23 H 1 expression was observed in 55.4%, and there was a significant difference between Ⅲ、Ⅳ stage (82.3%) and Ⅰ、Ⅱ stage (43.6%), P <0.05. The low nm23 H 1 expressin rate (87.5%) was significantly higher in metastatic tumors than in the nonmetastatic tumors (42.5%), P <0.01. The data indicated that the low expression of nm23 H 1 might play a significant role in the progressiveness and metastasis of Wilms′ tumors.
