静脉注射荧光素钠行眼底血管造影的临床应用观察

目的探讨眼底荧光素血管造影术在眼科诊断及指导治疗上的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析了287例静脉注射荧光素钠行眼底荧光素血管造影术患者的临床资料。结果行眼底荧光素钠血管造影检查严格执行操作规程、密切观察病情,患者均能顺利通过检查,造影图像需与临床病理、血管分布、血流动力学、全身疾病、其它检查结合起来分析,得以明确眼底病诊断;或已明确诊断作眼底血管造影检查能指导其治疗。结论荧光素眼底血管造影检查可以是动态的,能见到眼底循环的细微结构以及许多眼底镜下不能观察到的改变。
