Indiana continent cystoplasty for urinary diversion following radical cystectomy

为了客观评价Ｉｎｄｉａｎａ可控膀胱成形术的手术疗效，对１９９１年１月～１９９６年７月３９例膀胱癌全切Ｉｎｄｉａｎａ可控膀胱成形术患者进行疗效观察。３９例中，回结肠膀胱成形术２２例，盲结肠自身折回缝合成形术１７例。术后１年，导尿间隔４～５小时，每次尿量５００ｍｌ，最大容量达８００ｍｌ，４００～５００ｍｌ时膀胱内压平均低于０．７８ｋＰａ（８ｃｍＨ２Ｏ）；随时间延长膀胱容量扩大，内压降低、稳定；全组病例均获得满意的低压大容量；防输尿管返流和尿失禁措施可靠；肾功正常，无代谢紊乱，并发症少。结果表明，该术式疗效满意，值得临床采用。

From Jan. 1991 to July.1996, Indiana continent cystoplasty following radical cystectomy was conducted for 39 cases of bladder carcinoma, ileal patch for 22 and Heineke Mikulicz in 17. One year after the procedure, the mean interval of self catheterization has been 4～5 hours with a urine volume about 500ml. The intra reservoir pressure has been less than 0.78kPa (8cm H 2O) when the content of the reservoir was 400～500ml. The capacity of the reservoir increased and the intra reservoir pressure decreased as time goes by. Renal function has been normal in all with no ureteral reflux or metabolic disturbances. Urinary continence has been adequate. Indiana continent cystoplasty was acceptable to the patients and was recommended for clinical application.
