前列腺增生症伴尿潴留的治疗——经尿道前列腺汽化术

Transurethral vaporization of prostate for the management of BPH with urine retention

采用经尿道前列腺汽化术（ＴＶＰ）治疗前列腺增生伴急、慢性尿潴留患者１０８例。平均年龄７３．３岁。７１例有肾功能损害，９３例伴其它系统严重并发病。经尿流改道和充分术前准备后，采用ＴＶＰ安全有效地解除前列腺尿道的梗阻，１０６例排尿功能恢复良好，肾功能损害者有显著改善，随访２～２３个月无复发。２例无好转。结果认为：ＴＶＰ损伤小，安全性高，疗效确切且并发症少，适用于有严重并发症的高危患者的治疗。

Transurethral vaporization of prostate (TVP) was adopted for the management of BPH with urine retention in 108 cases,renal insufficiency being observed in 71 of them and other severe systematic disease in 93.The average age of the patients was 73.3. After preliminary urine diversion and adequate preoperative preparation,TVP was carried out and the bladder outlet obstruction was effectively relieved .Good recovery with adequate urination has been observed in 106 cases with no recurrence of urine retention during 2～23 months of postoperative follow up.The procedure was not effective in the other 2 cases and a suprapubic cystostomy tube has been necessary .TVP was claimed to be effective,safe,with least complications and less trauma to the patients and was recommended for high risk patients with urine retention caused by BPH.
