隐睾手术若干问题探讨(附204例报告)

Orchidopexy for undescented testis

为了选择合适的隐睾手术的年龄和手术方法，明确睾丸在阴囊内固定的位置，对１９８０～１９９５年收治的２０４例隐睾症的资料进行总结，并复习文献。结果表明：采用Ｓｕｒａｃｏ术式者效果较好，采用ＦｏｗｌｅｒＳｔｅｐｈｅｎｓ术式者，１例经９年随访，多普勒超声提示手术侧睾丸血供正常。认为睾丸下降固定术宜早期施行，手术宜采用Ｓｕｒａｃｏ法，对部分高位隐睾患者宜采用ＦｏｗｌｅｒＳｔｅｐｈｅｎｓ术。着重指出：睾丸在阴囊内固定的位置是在阴囊肉膜与精索外筋膜间。

Orchidopexy has been carried out for 204 cases of cryptorchidism admitted between 1980 and 1995.Surraco technique turned out to be the best.It was pointed out that orchidopexy should be carried out early.The effected testis should be fully mobilized and should be fixed between the dartos and the fascia spermatica externa.
